Confidence is key! However, it is also a skill best practiced through daily acts of self-love and care. This is a topic people sway away from because who wants to be known to have low self esteem? We are suppose to be bold and fearless all the time but this is not true. I once battle this low self esteem syndrome but I recognize my value by doing the work and realize how priceless I am.
